Return and Refund Policy

 At La Craft Shack, every item is handmade with love and customized just for you. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalized orders.

But your happiness is super important to us! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lacraftshack.com. We’ll work with you to fix the issue — whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.

For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Please reach out first to start the return process.

How to return:

• Email us at info@lacraftshack.com with your order number and reason for return
   
• We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back
   

Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
