We accept payment through secure third-party processors (e.g., Square, PayPal, Stripe). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be happy. If you have an issue with your order, please email us at info@lacraftshack.com within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be offered at our discretion.
